Welcome to the Citizen Potawatomi Nation Sex Offender Registry Website. Citizen Potawatomi Nation Sex Offender Registry is maintained by the Citizen Potawatomi Nation Police Department, which provides public information on sex offenders required to register pursuant to section 113(a) of SORNA (codified @ 42.U.S.C. subsection 16911). Section 113(a) applies to any sex offender working, is a student, or resides within the Citizen Potawatomi Nation jurisdiction. A sex offender will be requied to register with the Citizen Potawatomi Nation Police Department within 3 business days, pursuant to section 111 of SORNA.
